We want you to love your purchase. We offer store credit for any unused products returned within 7 days of your order's arrival date. Items must be returned in secure packaging and must arrive in the condition you received it in. Sparnicht cannot cover the cost of return shipping. We are not able to offer refunds for any purchases. 

My Pot Arrived Broken

Uh oh! Fortunately this is uncommon, but if you're in this situation, please write to us at hello@sparnicht.com with a photo of the broken item, and we'll work on getting you a new piece as soon as possible.
